Infectious disease
HIV PrEP, HIV care, hepatitis, complex infections, and IV antibiotic therapy.
Durable medical equipment (DME)
Beds, walkers, oxygen, and other medical equipment.

Education, respite, and resources for family caregivers.
Housing & shared living support
Help navigating housing options and shared living arrangements.
